- Digital Products: Refunds are available for digital products (e.g., eBooks, online courses) if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- Services: Refunds for services (e.g., personal training, workshops, sound therapy sessions) must be requested within 7 days of the service start date.
- Physical Products: Returns and refunds are available for physical products (e.g., wellness tools, equipment) if the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt, and the product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final and non-refundable.
- Custom Programs: Personalized coaching services or custom-made products are non-refundable but may be eligible for modification or rescheduling.
- Workshops and Group Classes: Once a workshop or group class has commenced, it is non-refundable.
3. Refund Process

- Approval Process: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.
4. Returning Physical Products
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition. Products that show signs of use or are damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.

- Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.

- Digital Products: Orders for digital products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- Physical Products: Orders for physical products can be canceled before the item has shipped for a full refund.
- Services: Cancellations for services can be made within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the service has not started.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
- Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2-3 days of receipt.
- Replacement or Refund: We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
